The following services are included in the hire charge:-

  • Welcome tea, coffee and pastries
  • Mid-morning tea, coffee and Biscotti
  • Mineral water, juices, dates and bonbons freely available at the table
  • Working lunch at the conference table, or two-course buffet in the lounge:-
  • (Hot and cold options available)
  • Afternoon tea, coffee and Petit Fours
  • Flipchart and stationery (pads, pens, marker pens)

Delegate Rates

  • Mezzanine Business Suite and Lounges £90 + VAT
  • Boardroom 1 £80 + VAT
  • Boardroom 2 £70 + VAT

 

NB: The following services can be arranged for an additional charge:-

  • Hot or Continental Breakfast (£9.50 - £11.50 per delegate)
  • Dessert (£3.50 per delegate)
  • Beverages by arrangement

With a skilled team of chefs on site, our meals are freshly prepared with regionally sourced produce. The menus are adjusted seasonally, and any special dietary requirements can be accommodated.
